In the happiness of daylight-
Of the days when I had you,
And in the darkness of night
That I am going through:
Stuck forever in this twilight zone’
I had almost forgotten how the Sun once shone

Remembrance of your face,
That I still can see without a trace

As the bronze twilight fades
